Place the blocks in the wardrobe/drawer/room where you store your clothes. If needed place the balls on a piece of paper to protect the clothing from the oils in the cedar and make sure they are not covered by clothes. When the scent of the cedar fades, rough the wood slightly with sandpaper and it will come back.
